With summer fruit in full swing and Labor Day around the corner, this is a must make! It's great portioned out as snacks for the week, mixed into yogurt or chia seed pudding, for a picnic side dish, or even mixed into wine for sangria!
1 Mango, chopped
2 cups Watermelon, chopped
2 cups Cantaloupe or Honey Dew, chopped
1 cup Grapes
1 cup Pineapple, chopped
16 oz. Strawberries, sliced
1 pint blueberries
Zest of 1 Lime
1/4 C. Fresh Lime Juice
1 T. Honey
In a large bowl add zest of lime, lime juice, and honey. Whisk to combine.
In the same bowl add all the fruit.
Toss to combine.
